In the unusual circumstance that there is a mistake or a problem with your order, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the order and we will make the appropriate corrections.
We have high standards and strive to send you quality plants and provide a quality service. All of our plants leave the nursery in the very best condition and we have chosen our carriers due to careful and considerate delivery of our plants. However, if there is a problem with your order, please inform us immediately, so that we can sort out any problems. Once the plants reach you it is you responsibility to care for them as according to the growing instruction provided. Whilst we understand your disappointment, we cannot be responsible for plants that do not thrive due to inappropriate care or neglect. If a plant fails within 3 weeks of purchase we will replace the plant free of charge. If, however we have not heard from you within 3 weeks we will assume that the plant arrived in good health and you would not be eligable for a free replacement.
